M2Enviro focused on Mycelium technology. Mycelium technology capitalizes on fungi’s ability to grow mycellium, the vegetative root structure of mushrooms, to be used as a binding agent using hemp hurd waste as a substrate for growth. The potential for this technology ranges in providing sustainable alternative materials for industries such as packaging and building, amongst many others where scientists around the world are finding new uses for this eco-friendly technology.
